Our Process
Reserve Your date
$100 Down now will reserve your date.
It is recommended to book 3-6 months in advance, though you may submit an inquiry on the contact form if your date has passed and we will reach out to you with information on booking if there is availability. If you pay the $100 booking deposit and your date is unavailable, a refund check will be mailed to you.
customize a quote
Once your date is on the calendar, we can consult with you through email or a phone call to design your dream bouquet preservation.
This includes deciding what kind of floral preservation works best for your flowers, which frame and size, as well as any add ons or upgrades you may choose.
Sign your contract
After your project quote is approved, and you put down a 50% deposit, we send you a contract that will also serve as your receipt.
50% of your balance is due at time of booking and the remainder is due upon flower drop off. The $100 booking fee is applied to your total balance.
Drop off or send your flowers
Plan an in person drop off appointment Monday Through Friday or send your flowers through courier or the mail.

Receive a draft
Within 4-6 months after your drop date (though sometimes during seasons of high volume, timelines may be extended), We will provide you a draft of your design through email. We’ll work together to make sure your finished work is something you’ll love forever.
Pick up your art
Once your design is completed, we’ll schedule an appointment for you to come pick up your art in person, send a courier if you live within an hour of our studio, or we can also ship nationally.
BOOK NOW
Put down a $100 deposit to secure your date without having to wait for a consultation. This fee is applied to your total balance.
