Our Process

  1. Reserve Your date

$100 down now will reserve your date. It is recommended to book 3-6 months in advance, though you can submit an inquiry on the contact form if your date has passed and we will reach out to you with information on booking if there is availability.

2. customize a quote

Once your date is on the calendar, we can consult with you through email or a phone call to design your dream bouquet preservation. This includes what kind of preservation works best for your flowers, which frame and size, as well as any add ons or upgrades you may choose.

3. Receive a contract

After your project quote is approved, we send you a contract that will also serve as your receipt. 50% of your balance is due at time of booking and the remainder is due upon flower drop off.

4. Drop off or send your flowers

Plan an in person drop off appointment or send your flowers through courier or the mail. Check out our FAQs for how to use courier or mail service to drop off your flowers, making the drop as hassle free as possible.
